In this role you will:
* Lead and manage a software development team, focusing on effective product management.
* Manage hotfixes and efficient bug resolution process.
* Define, implement, and manage product strategies aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives.
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily standup, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective.
* Foster an environment of continuous improvement and drive the adoption of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders and teams to manage product backlogs, priorities, and deliverables.
* Oversee the delivery of high-quality products within defined timelines and budgets.
* Monitor team performance and proactively remove impediments to ensure efficient work progress.
* Act as the key liaison between the product, engineering, and business teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
* Conduct regular product strategy reviews and updates to ensure alignment with market trends and user needs.
The basic requirements for this role are:
* 3+ years in Software Delivery, with expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; preferred.
* Excellent facilitation skills for Scrum ceremonies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Proven ability to define and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to manage product backlogs and priorities.
* Experience overseeing product delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
* Familiarity with market trends and user needs to inform product strategy.
