As a Business English Communication Coach, you’ll join our team to guide software engineers through phone interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions, ensuring they shine during these crucial moments.
Responsibilities:
Mock Interviews: Conduct realistic mock interviews with software engineer clients, simulating real interview scenarios from phone screens to technical assessments.
Performance Feedback: Provide constructive feedback on interview performance, emphasizing communication skills, vocabulary choice, and technical expertise.
Assignment Creation: Develop pre and post-session assignments tailored to each client’s strengths and weaknesses, helping them to improve and practice essential interview skills.
Requirements:
Software Engineering Experience: Demonstrable experience as a software engineer is essential. A strong understanding of the software development process, programming languages, and industry standards is expected.
Recruitment Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment processes, particularly in the tech industry, will be highly valuable. Understanding the expectations of technical interviewers is crucial.
Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in English is a must, as the role involves coaching non-native English speakers. Strong communication skills, including clear articulation and effective vocabulary, are vital.
Coaching Experience (Preferred): Experience in coaching, mentoring, or teaching is a plus. Previous work in interview preparation or career coaching is highly desirable.
