– We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer/ Web Developer with a strong focus on UX/UI to join our dynamic team. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that meet our clients’ requirements. Your expertise in both front-end development and UX/UI design will be critical in creating engaging digital experiences.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the design and development teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
– Develop innovative and visually stunning website designs, ensuring seamless integration of UX/UI principles.
– Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages and frameworks.
– Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and performance of websites across various browsers and devices.
– Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
– Apply UX/UI best practices to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs to meet client expectations.
– Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in web development and UX/UI design, and share knowledge with the team.
– Maintain documentation of design and development processes, including style guides and code repositories.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
– Proven experience as a Web Developer with a focus on UX/UI, including a portfolio of past projects.3
– Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end frameworks(e.g., React, Angular, Click to view).
– Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
– Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma).
– Familiarity with back-end development and server-side programming languages(e.g., Python, PHP, Click to view) is a plus.
– Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development.
– Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools(e.g., Jira, Trello).
