Software Marketing Manager (Discord & Affiliate Software Specialist)

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Software Marketing Manager with expertise in Discord community management and affiliate software administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our Discord community, managing marketing campaigns, and setting up and running our affiliate software.

Key Responsibilities:

Discord Community Management:

Set up and vet necessary plugins to automate and optimize the Discord server.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to build and engage the Discord community.
Track and report on community growth, focusing on increasing both free and premium members.
Marketing Campaigns:

Create and manage a marketing calendar for social media and other platforms.
Coordinate with the graphic design team to develop and deploy marketing collateral.
Affiliate Software Management:

Set up and monitor the FirstPromoter affiliate software.
Ensure seamless integration of the affiliate software with Discord and our website.
Provide ongoing management and support for the affiliate program.
Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with team members to understand new software and tools, ensuring smooth integration and operation.
Regularly communicate with the marketing and graphic design teams to align on campaign strategies and requirements.
Requirements:

Proven experience in managing and growing Discord communities.
Strong understanding of Discord plugins and automation tools.
Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Familiarity with affiliate software (experience with FirstPromoter is a plus).
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a marketing role within the tech or software industry.
Knowledge of affiliate marketing best practices.
Experience working remotely with international teams.
