About Us:
We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Software Project Manager & QA Tester with developmental experience to join our growing team. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong project management skills, and a background in software development, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
– Oversee software development projects from inception to completion.
– Coordinate and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
– Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
– Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Quality Assurance Testing:
– Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
– Perform manual and automated testing to identify and report bugs.
– Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality software releases.
– Continuously improve QA processes and tools.

Developmental Support:
– Assist in code reviews and provide feedback to development teams.
– Collaborate with developers to understand technical requirements and challenges.
– Contribute to the development of software features and improvements.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Software Project Manager and QA Tester.
– Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
– Proficiency in testing tools and techniques (manual and automated).
– Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
– Solid understanding of programming languages and software development.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Skills:
– Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.).
– Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
– Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
– Knowledge of performance and security testing.
