About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Software Project Manager to join our team. As our Software Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, managing, execution, and delivery of all development projects and software products. You will lead a talented team of developers and work closely with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Software Project Manager Responsibilities
Communications:
– Collaborate with clients, executives, and software developers to discuss project parameters and requirements.
– Serve as a liaison, facilitating clear and transparent communication regarding project updates, milestones achieved, and critical information.
Project Management:
– Plan and create comprehensive project scopes, including wire frames, sprint documentation, create and assign tickets in Tello or Jira, manage and maintain deadlines, communication strategies, and testing/maintenance procedures.
– Track project milestones, deliverables, and handle change requests effectively.
– Participate in and supervise every stage of the project.
– Lead a dynamic project team, motivating team members to achieve project goals.
Product Management:
– Implement and Execute Quality Assurance testing for staging and production deployments through product release
– Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
– Create appropriate documentation for all projects, software and products
– Deliver completed software products to stakeholders, conducting regular performance checks to ensure optimum functionality.
Software Project Manager Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
– Proven experience in project management and software development.
– Strong understanding of project estimation techniques.
– Excellent technical knowledge, experience with , and a plus
– Proven ability to excel in start up environments and success in managing remote teams and projects.
– Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
– Keen attention to detail and exceptional multitasking abilities.
– Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello. Jira and Slack.
