Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Software QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about quality assurance and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality before they reach our users.

Responsibilities:
– Develop, document, and execute test plans and test cases for new and existing software features.
– Identify, record, document, and track bugs.
– Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
– Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.
– Design and implement automated tests to improve testing efficiency.
– Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the development team.
– Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to final release.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
– Proven experience as a Software QA Engineer or similar role (2 years minimum).
– Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
– Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
– Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
– Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and familiarity with testing frameworks.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) systems.
– Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.
– Familiarity with performance and security testing.
– Experience with cloud-based applications and environments.
