We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Manager of Software Quality Assurance to lead our offshore team. As a Manager of Software QA, you will be responsible for driving quality initiatives, analyzing business processes, designing and implementing test strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of cross-functional QA engineers, including automation and manual testers, to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that the testing approach aligns with the overall project goals.
Utilize expertise in test automation and manual testing to design, develop, and execute advanced test scenarios, ensuring maximum coverage and efficiency in testing.
Author, code, test, debug, and document complex test scenarios and test scripts, and review the work of other QA engineers to ensure quality standards are met.
Drive continuous improvement in the quality assurance process, tools, and techniques, and stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends.
Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with the development team to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination of QA efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on test automation and manual testing.
Strong experience in designing and implementing test strategies and comprehensive test plans.
Expertise in one or more test automation frameworks, such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar.
Strong understanding of web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience in leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Proven ability to drive quality initiatives, lead QA efforts, and ensure software quality.
