Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive testing, identifying issues, and collaborating with our development team to deliver top-notch solutions to our clients.
Work From Home Note:
We provide a company laptop, but you need to be setup for work from home (WFH), meaning you must have a suitable and quiet place to work, desk, fast internet connection, headset, reliable power, and any accessories that you need. You will be attending company meetings regularly, so you must be comfortable using video conferencing technology (we use Microsoft Teams), and you must have a cell phone and data plan for multi-factor authentication and notifications.
Key Responsibilities:
– Execute test cases and test plans to identify software defects, functional issues, and usability concerns.
– Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and design effective test strategies.
– Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
– Conduct regression testing to verify bug fixes and new features.
– Perform exploratory testing to identify potential issues that automated testing may miss.
– Participate in the review and analysis of software requirements to ensure testability.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and address critical issues.
– Provide clear and concise defect reports and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
– Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
– Bachelor degree or higher
– Fluent in English (reading and writing)
– Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role in software testing.
– Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
– Proficiency in creating and executing test cases and test plans.
– Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
– Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
– Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
– Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
– Reliable and able to adhere to a set schedule.

Schedule
– Location: Remote (Philippines)
– Type: Full-Time (Benefitted)
– Equipment: Company Laptop Provided
– Shift: 4 AM to 1 PM (Monday to Friday)
Note: 8 hour shift M-F with 1 hour mandatory unpaid break each day.
