Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Software Sales Representative with proven experience in software sales to present software demos and effectively sell our products. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be experienced in engaging potential clients through compelling demonstrations. Your primary role will be to introduce potential customers to Agent Sidekick, demonstrate its value through web-based presentations, and close sales to meet company targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct software demonstrations to prospective clients via web conferencing tools.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products to effectively communicate benefits and features to potential customers.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Provide feedback from clients to enhance product offerings.
• Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions to stay updated with the latest sales techniques and product developments.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in software sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable presenting and demonstrating software over webcam.
• Ability to work during US business hours.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Experience in real estate technology sales is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
