Are you passionate about customer service and technology? We are seeking a dedicated Tech/Customer Support Representative to join our team at Dripify, a leading B2B SaaS product company.
Project —
Sales automation platform designed for marketers, business owners, and sales teams that allows automating lead generation on LinkedIn.
Requirements:
– Advanced proficiency in English (Written).
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support.
– Basic knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, JIRA, Salesforce, etc.).
– Previous experience in a SaaS business environment is highly desirable.
– Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple issues/projects, and exceptional communication skills.
– Night shift: 3 AM – 11 AM Manila, Philippines PHST (UTC +8).
Responsibilities:
– Provide timely and strategic customer support via live chat and email in Intercom
– Successfully onboard new users, help set up their accounts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they get the most out of our platform.
– Advocating for the customer by sharing their feedback with other departments to improve processes and product offerings.
– And everything else that goes along with providing outstanding customer service
