Software Trainer (Remote)

We are in search of a charismatic and technologically adept Software Trainer to enhance our team. This role is critical for effectively training and onboarding team accounts, ensuring they can maximize their use of our sophisticated software. The trainer will also be responsible for creating engaging training materials, including how-to videos, tutorials, and guides on new features.

Responsibilities:
– Deliver training sessions to team accounts to ensure proficient use of our software platform.
– Develop, update, and maintain training materials such as how-to videos, tutorials, and documentation for new features.
– Captivate and engage the audience during training sessions to facilitate effective learning and retention.
– Collaborate closely with the product team to stay abreast of software updates and integrate this knowledge into training programs.
– Gather user feedback during training sessions and relay this to the development team for software enhancements.
– Manage and adapt training sessions to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.

Qualifications:
– Demonstrated experience as a trainer, particularly in software or related fields.
– Excellent ability to convey complex software functionalities in an accessible and clear manner.
– Charismatic presence capable of capturing and holding the attention of training session attendees.
– Fluent English speaker with minimal Filipino accent for clear and effective communication.
– Strong technical proficiency, especially with SaaS platforms.
– Skilled in creating high-quality training videos and instructional content.
– Available to work in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.
