Job Summary:
As a Zapier Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and reliable integrations between our clients’ systems and our platform. You will be responsible for creating Zapier workflows, utilizing webhooks and APIs to establish seamless data transfer. Your expertise in Zapier and integration best practices will enable our clients to leverage our platform’s capabilities to their fullest potential.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to gather integration requirements and understand business processes.
Design and develop Zapier workflows, configuring triggers, actions, and filters to facilitate data exchange and process automation.
Implement and troubleshoot webhooks, ensuring secure and reliable communication between systems.
Utilize APIs to extend Zapier’s capabilities, creating custom integrations to meet unique client needs.
Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and adherence to business rules.
Monitor and proactively address integration issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain seamless data flow.
Document integration workflows, including specifications, configurations, and any custom code developed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and client success managers, to support integration initiatives.
Stay up to date with the latest Zapier features, API updates, and integration best practices, sharing knowledge with the team.
Qualifications:
Good English
Proven experience working with Zapier, webhooks, and APIs to build integrations.
Familiarity with authentication mechanisms and security protocols related to API integrations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.
Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
Work hours: 9AM – 6PM EST (1 hour lunch break)
