We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Cold Callers. As a Solar Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and building relationships with potential customers who are interested in adopting solar energy solutions for their homes or businesses. We are based in the US, so working time must be for optimal prospecting times in the US time zones (pacific, mountain, central, eastern)

Responsibilities:
– Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers who have shown interest in solar energy through cold calling
– Introduce our company’s solar products and services, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
– Gather and document relevant information about potential customers’ energy needs, consumption patterns, and preferences.
– Schedule appointments for qualified leads to meet with our solar energy consultants for further discussions.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and interactions in our CRM system.
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads for conversion.
– Stay updated on industry trends, solar incentives, and company offerings to effectively communicate with potential customers.

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or sales is a plus, but not required *SOLAR EXPERIENCE A PLUS!
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to effectively convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
– Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
– Familiarity with solar energy concepts and environmental sustainability is beneficial.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.
– Very good english speaking skills

Pay:
– $1/hour – $4/hour (hourly pay is based on experience)
– $20 commission per “qualified” appointment set
– 40 hours per week
