Solar Appointment Setter

We are looking for an appointment setting rockstar! We will provide you with lists of cold leads of homeowners for you to call with our script that we train you on. We will call 5 hours per day in EST time. The 2 time slots will be from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM EST, and 5PM to 8 PM EST. These Hours are mandatory. Please write in your opening message that you understand these hours are mandatory.

We will start as part time, 4 days per week, and increase the hours as we need that your are performing at or above expectations.
The first few weeks will be a trial, and if it is clear that it is not a good fit, we will let you know and part ways as friends.

REQUIREMENTS
– Previous cold calling experience with a track record of success (Candidates with solar experience will be prioritized)
– Please have an ID score of atleast 70
– Preferred but not required to have your iq score and personality tests uploaded with screenshots

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
This position will have a base hourly pay of $5 per hour, and high commission that will be paid based on 1) appointments that sit through a presentation and 2) Customers who sign up to go solar. Here is a breakdown of the compensation Structure

1) For each appointment that shows up you will receive $65
2) For Each Customer that Signs you will receive $200
3) Monthly Bonuses for those who over perform (Incentives and targets will change monthly)

STANDARDS AND EXPECTATIONS (These are all real and expected stats)
-You Will Expected to generate atleast 1 qualified appointment every 2 hours
-These Appointments should show up at atleast a 40% rate
-Your appointments that show up should close at atleast a 20% rate

GOALS (We are working to build our systems to reach these numbers and plan to reach them)
– 1 Appointment generated per hour
– 65% of appointments should show up
– 40% should sign up

There will be in depth training every step of the way and we will give you every tool you need to succeed
