Job Description:

Hello and thank you for your interest in joining Southern Colorado Solar! As an Appointment Setter / Outbound Caller, you’ll play a pivotal role in our mission to transition the world to renewable energy. We are the fastest-growing brand in the solar industry, driven by a hyper-focus on fair pricing, customer satisfaction and innovation.

Position Overview:
We are seeking bright, courteous, and skilled appointment setters to join our team. Your role is crucial in scheduling free solar consultations for prospective homeowners with our sales team. This is a full-time/part-time remote position with flexible working hours however 4PM to 8PM MST USA is preferred for best results and the success in the follow-up.

Responsibilities:
– Utilize our CRM system to contact prospective homeowners via calls, emails, and texts.
– Call our leads to pre-qualify homeowners for solar, obtain their electric bill, and schedule appointment with our Solar Advisors.
– Represent Southern Colorado Solar in an esteemed manner.

Pay:
– Uncapped commission-based performance ($250 per scheduled client who installs solar).
– $5 to $10 hourly pay with bonuses for achieving performance targets.
– 1099-contractor / W2 Employee

Qualifications:
– Experience in Customer Service or Sales, Call Center / Appointment Setting experience + solar knowledge a bonus.
– Remote work experience with a quiet environment and dependable technology setup.
– Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and punctuality.
– High school diploma; 18+;
