Position: Solar Appointment Setter (Commission-Based)

Job Description:
As a Solar Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our mission to expand the adoption of solar energy solutions. Your primary responsibility will be generating leads and scheduling appointments for our solar energy consultants. You will be engaging with potential customers, explaining the benefits of solar energy, and setting up appointments for our sales team to provide detailed consultations.
Responsibilities:
We seek highly motivated and driven individuals to join our sales team as Sales Consultants. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Appointment Setting experience is a MUST for this position and we will provide additional training to ensure the success of our sales team members.
Strong English skills
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively seeking out and qualifying potential customers
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular follow-up and communication
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding solar and roofing products and services
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and results-driven

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with a generous commission of $300 per closed deal. There is no cap on your earning potential – the more deals you help close, the more you earn. You will have the flexibility to work from home or our office, and we provide the necessary tools and training to succeed in the role. We offer the highest commission split of any company in the solar industry with appointment setters earning over $1000 per week. There is an opportunity for growth within our company for those who are willing to put in the work.
