Responsibilities:
*Workflow Management: Assist in overseeing the workflow for the Residential Solar division, ensuring seamless progress of customer projects from Sale to Installation to Permission to Operate.
*Software Utilization: Employ the company’s workflow and project management software, including “ClickUp,” “Go High Level,” “QuickBooks Time,” and “Pipedrive,” to efficiently manage and update the status of customer projects.
*Customer Onboarding: Onboard new residential solar customers by establishing customer records in the company’s CRM and project management software.
*Document Management: Gather the required forms and documents from customers and upload them to the software systems.
*Regulatory Approvals: Complete and submit necessary forms for Utility Interconnection, Homeowner Association, and Department of Planning & Permitting approvals.
*Progress Reporting: Update the Operations Team and Sales Teams on the advancement of customer projects within the workflow management software systems.
*ClickUp Queue Management: Manage designated ClickUp queues effectively.
*Customer Communication: Conduct daily calls to customers for updates, scheduling, and obtaining required forms.
*Material Tracking: Confirm and track material arrivals, ensuring timely delivery to the warehouse, and documenting updates.
*Sales Support: Provide regular updates to sales representatives on project status and generate change orders while documenting design changes to our partners.
Deliverables:
— New Residential Solar Jobs: Facilitate the acquisition of new residential solar jobs and contracts for the client.
— Onboarding: Efficiently onboard new customers by creating records and collecting necessary forms and documents.
— Workflow Management: Ensure that projects progress smoothly through the defined workflow stages.
— Progress Updates: Keep the Operations Team and Sales Teams informed about the progress of customer projects.
