Solar Panel Cleaning – Lead Generation

OnPoint Solar cleaning, based in San Diego, CA. We are a dynamic and innovative company specializing in solar cleaning services. We are currently seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in expanding our client base through effective lead generation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:
• Research and identify potential clients in the solar energy industry who may benefit from our solar cleaning services.
• Utilize online platforms, databases, and industry resources to compile a comprehensive list of potential leads.
• Outreach and Relationship Building:
• Initiate contact with potential clients through email, social media, cold call and other communication channels.
• Craft compelling outreach messages to initiate contact with potential clients through email, social media, and other communication channels.

• Gather contact information:
1. First and last name
2. Email address
3. Total number of solar panels (Its ok if they do not know)
4. When the last cleaning was performed.
• Appointment Scheduling:
o Schedule appointments and consultations for our sales team, ensuring a seamless handover of leads. We need you to basically collect all the information then we will put together the price.
o Coordinate with the sales team to align schedules and prioritize leads based on potential. (Client preferred dates and times).

• Educational Outreach
o Effectively explain to potential clients the importance of keeping solar panels clean for optimal energy efficiency.
o Provide educational materials and resources to emphasize the benefits of regular solar panel maintenance.
• Data Management:
• Maintain an organized database of leads, including contact information, communication history, and relevant details.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market research findings.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Familiarity with the solar energy industry and an understanding of solar cleaning services.
4. Strong research and analytical skills.
5. Proficiency in using online tools and platforms for lead generation.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
