Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with sales team members to gather necessary information about the clients’ needs and requirements.
– Update project sheets with current customer status.
– Utilize specialized software to create detailed residential solar panel layouts, including electrical diagrams and mounting systems.
– Optimize solar panel designs for maximum energy production while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
– Work closely with installation teams to communicate design specifications and provide guidance as needed during the installation process.
– Continuously stay updated on advancements in solar technology, equipment, and industry best practices.
– Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing concerns or questions from clients regarding their solar panel design.

Requirements:

– Experienced with technology. Must be comfortable using a computer and the design software to create the layouts.
