We are currently accepting applications for a professional and English-speaking Appointment Setter to join our solar panel company’s call center team. As an Appointment Setter, your role will be vital in qualifying homeowners residing in the Atlanta, GA, and surrounding metro areas. Your responsibilities include generating leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring homeowners agree to share their power bills for accurate assessment before our visit. Our objective is to identify eligible homeowners with a credit score of 650 and higher who are ready to embrace solar energy. By going solar, homeowners can eliminate or significantly reduce their power bills, protect themselves from rate increases, and increase the equity in their homes. The only cost they incur is a monthly installment for their solar system, which they eventually own, with no upfront expense if they meet the credit score requirement.

Responsibilities:

Place outbound calls to homeowners in Atlanta, GA, and the metro areas.
Assess homeowners’ eligibility for solar panels based on credit score and readiness to adopt solar energy.
Schedule appointments while ensuring homeowners agree to provide their power bills beforehand.
Persuasively communicate the benefits of solar panels, emphasizing cost savings and equity growth.
Collaborate with the team to gather all necessary information for a successful appointment.
Strive to meet or exceed appointment setting targets, contributing to the company’s overall success.
Qualifications:

Excellent command of the English language to effectively communicate with homeowners.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing appointments and documentation.
Demonstrated experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or related roles.
Knowledge of solar panel benefits and the ability to articulate them clearly to homeowners.
Familiarity with credit score requirements and their importance in qualifying homeowners.
Professional phone etiquette, persuasive communication skills, and the ability to establish rapport with potential customers.
Compensation:

Hourly rate of $5 plus a $50 commission for each closed deal resulting from appointments you set.
Additional performance-based incentives may be available.
