We’re seeking a permanent Solar PV System Designer who wants to grow to his/her full potential with our team and company for years to come.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and collaborate with the Project Management team on solar PV system designs
Intake customer information from company sales reps and create new accounts inside our CRM and solar design software
Read and understand line graphs to calculate relevant customer energy data
Use solar design software to create solar proposals, optimize production, and pricing
Take note of special customer or sales rep requests relating to the design or job

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Must be amenable to work during U.S. business hours
Must be amenable to work exclusively for Solar One
Highly proficient in both written and oral English
Personal computer to be used for work, with a reliable internet connection and in case of loss of power or internet, a backup plan or location that provides power and internet connection within 30 minutes of an outage
Quality noise-cancelling USB Headset

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field of studies
Proven experience in Solar PV Design
Experience working with US-based solar companies
1-2 years of related experience
