Responsibilities:

Generate Residential Solar Sales:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into residential solar sales.
Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and our specific solutions.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with residential customers.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide detailed information about our solar products.

Australian Market Expertise:
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Australian solar market, regulations, and incentives.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and changes in solar policies.

Quota Achievement:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and contribute to sales forecasting.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team, installation teams, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.

Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales-related documentation.
Adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards.

Customer Education:
Conduct informational sessions and workshops for potential customers to increase awareness of solar energy benefits.

Requirements:
Proven experience in residential solar sales within the Australian market.
Strong understanding of solar technology and the residential solar market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and incentives in the Australian solar industry.
