Join a Growing Renewable Energy Company!
We’re searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Solar Sales Appointment Setter! In this work-from-home role, you’ll play a vital part in our success by reaching out to warm leads, educating them about solar energy, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Contact pre-qualified leads (individuals interested in solar) via phone calls.
Effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy and answer basic questions about our products and services.
Secure appointments for our sales team with qualified leads during their convenient time slots (Central US Time: 8:00 am – 9:00 pm).
Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and ensure they are prepared for their meeting.
Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and appointment details in our CRM platform.
We’re looking for someone who:
Is fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
Has strong telephone etiquette and can build rapport with potential customers.
Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and time management.
Maintains a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Has a familiarity with solar energy concepts (a plus).
Is proficient in using a web-based CRM platform (familiarity with High Level a plus).
Is comfortable overcoming customer objections.
Is comfortable using an auto dialer.
Technical Requirements:
To effectively perform this role, you’ll need a decent computer, a quiet workspace with minimal background noise, and a strong internet connection for uninterrupted calls.
Confidentiality and Professionalism:
As part of this role, you’ll be entrusted with valuable company information and access to client leads. We require successful candidates to sign a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect this sensitive information.
This position also requires the highest level of professionalism. You’ll agree to use all company materials and access solely for the purpose of scheduling appointments for our sales team. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of client leads and refraining from contacting them for any reason other than confirming appointments.
Schedule and Compensation:
Flexible part-time schedule within Philippine Standard Time: Two shifts available:
11pm-2am
and
2am – 5am.
Competitive base salary of $4 per hour.
Performance-based bonus: $20 for every confirmed appointment that attends the meeting with the sales team.
