Job Description:

We’re on the hunt for a Remote Solar Sales Associate to join us. If you’re friendly, good at talking to people, and love making sales, this job is for you! You’ll call people to talk about solar, explain its benefits, and help them sign up.

Responsibilities:

Call people to tell them about solar and book appointments.
Tell potential customers why solar energy is great.
Handle any questions or concerns people might have.
Meet your monthly sales targets.
Keep track of your calls and customer chats.
Give great service and help customers with their questions.
Work with the sales team to find the best ways to sell solar.
Stay updated on solar news to improve your sales pitch.

Requirements:

Have 2 years of sales cold calling experience.
Be positive and ready to work hard.
Always be on time and manage your time well.
Speak English well enough to chat with people.
Stay strong when faced with rejection and handle questions well.
Be determined to make sales and not give up easily.
Know how to talk to people and make deals.
Can work alone or as part of a team.
Knowing a bit about solar energy is a bonus.
