Job Title:
Solutions Architect – Customer Journey

Job Description:
The Solutions Architect – Customer Journey is a remote role, responsible for identifying and implementing technology that is available to create a seamless customer journey for new prospects. The purpose of the person in the role is to identify tools such as Mailchimp and Apollo, design a customer journey with 10 or more touch points over a defined period of time, and implement the technology fully using resources from the Graphic Design and Web Development teams where necessary. The goal of the process is to increase conversion for customer leads which we have contact email information for.

Required Experience:
3+ Years of experience in lead generation and customer journey tools.

Technical and Working Skills:
– Fundamental understanding of tools required for lead generation.
– Fundamental understanding of tools required for customer journey and touch points, such as email campaigns and ads management.
– Strong problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to work independently or with a group.
– Understanding of fundamental lead generation principles.
– Ability to utilize the English language effectively in speech and writing.
– Task Orientation
– Ability to work efficiently and write consistently.
