POSITION SUMMARY
As a Solutions Engineer, you will be engaging with Sourcepass’ Client Success Managers in Pre-Sales and Solution Design. This role will require you to develop solutions which customers would benefit from. Your Job would be to put together a Scope of work, product list, and labor costs. Additionally, be able to discuss your proposed solution internally with our Client Success Managers, and directly with clients as needed. Your work will be used as the primary Scope of Work for our professional services team to take into the implementation phase. This position reports to Solutions Engineer Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create statements of work and associated quotes for various Sourcepass services
Review existing client systems as part of technology standards reviews for annual technology assessments
Assist team members with regular updates of client documentation, including vendor and contract information
DESIRED SKILLSET/EXPERIENCE
Technical Support Experience: 5+ Years (Required)
Technical Implementation Experience: 2+ Years (Required)
Experience working with Azure (Preferred)
Experience working with Office 365 (Preferred)
Experience working with SonicWall devices (Preferred)
Experience working with HP Devices (Preferred)
Must have an understanding of how MSPs operate, service customers, and bill for services.
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to Prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Great attention to detail
Ability to work both, independently and in a team environment
Ability to take open, and constructive criticism
Excellent Organizational and time-management skills
In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
Ability to think outside the box
Looking to grow and improve their skillset
