SOP Creator

Team Twist is looking for someone who has vast experience creating SOPs for a medical SaaS project. We have an incredible team and we always work collaboratively. Our team members live and work in several countries, including my amazing right hand, who lives near Manilla.

This project begins mid-March and will continue for about four weeks. Our estimate is that this project will take 10-15 hours per week. At this point, we can’t offer regular hours past that, but if you’re great at SOPs we might need your help in the future, too. We pay 350PHP per hour via Click to view.

We believe that skills can be taught, but attitude cannot. That said, we are looking for someone who is very comfortable learning new software and is already proficient in building SOPs. To be part of Team Twist you need to have excellent written English skills, be open to coworking, understand that feedback is intended to make us all better, and be committed to doing your best work — our team and clients rely on all of these skills. A great attitude goes a long way.

We will not respond to messages that say “Dear hiring manager” — my name is Twist. Nor will we respond to “HIRE ME!” “I’m the best!” or the like. You get out of something what you put into it, so put something into your application, please.

We will ONLY consider your application if you include a portfolio (check your link — I’m not going to ask you for a corrected one if the one you provide doesn’t work). Your portfolio should include examples of SOPs you’ve built, a description of your process of creation, etc. You also need to tell us what hours you prefer to work (we’re in Eastern time in North America), what software you use to build SOPs, the experience you have with creating software SOPs, why you love creating SOPs, and your experience working on a team. Bonus points if you share and explain your values.
