The Role
We are seeking a talented Sound Designer to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis and play a crucial role in elevating the audio quality of our corporate video productions. You will be responsible for applying sound effects and royalty-free soundtracks to enhance the overall impact and professionalism of our animated explainer videos.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with video editors to understand the tone and style of each project.
– Research and select royalty-free sound effects and soundtracks that complement the visuals and messaging of the videos.
– Apply sound effects and music tracks with precision using industry-standard audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Pro Tools).
– Interview and voice over cleanup
– Adjust audio levels, panning, and EQ to ensure a clear, balanced, and professional sound mix.
– Identify and troubleshoot any audio quality issues.
– Maintain a library of high-quality royalty-free sound effects and music resources.
– Stay up-to-date on audio editing trends and technologies.

Qualifications:
– Minimum 3 year of experience in sound editing or a related field.
– Proficient in using industry-standard audio editing software.
– Proficient in using Adobe Premiere Pro
– Excellent understanding of audio principles, including EQ, compression, and panning.
– Strong attention to detail and a keen ear for high-quality sound.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
