Position Overview
The Sourcer is responsible for identifying, engaging, and evaluating top talent in the healthcare industry. This role is crucial for building a robust talent pipeline for a leading healthcare staffing company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with prominent healthcare staffing organizations and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Identification
Utilize Boolean search techniques to identify potential candidates across various platforms.
Leverage Bullhorn ATS to track and manage candidate information efficiently.
Source candidates with a focus on healthcare roles, ensuring alignment with company needs.
Candidate Engagement
Engage with potential candidates through email, phone, and social media to establish interest and suitability.
Develop and maintain a network of healthcare professionals, focusing on long-term relationship building.
Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with recruitment teams to understand hiring needs and candidate requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals.
Data Management and Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Bullhorn ATS.
Provide regular reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipeline, and market trends.
Process Improvement
Identify and implement best practices for sourcing and candidate engagement.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and techniques.

Qualifications

Industry Experience
Proven experience as a Sourcer with companies such as AMN Healthcare, Fusion Med Staff, Favorite Staffing, MedPro Staffing, CHG Healthcare, Cross Country, Aya Healthcare, Maxim Healthcare, Bayada, Soliant, Career Staff, or Barton.
Extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry and its staffing needs.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Bullhorn ATS and Boolean search techniques.
Strong computer skills, including experience with candidate databases and recruitment tools.
Communication Skills
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional writing ability, capable of crafting compelling candidate communications.
Organizational Skills
Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals.

Work Requirements

Time Commitment
Must be available to work 40 hours per week, full-time.
Total time commitment to R.S.M.C. as the only employer, with no other conflicting job responsibilities.
Location and Availability
Must currently be working in the PST (California Time) zone.
Availability to respond and engage with candidates during standard PST working hours.
Willing to relocate in San Fernando Pampanga next 2025, with provided staff house.

Technical Requirements
Strong internet connection with a backup computer or laptop and Wi-Fi to ensure continuity in case of power interruptions.

Location: Remote, PST (California Time)
