Location: Remote (Positions available for Perth and Sydney [Australia] time zones)

We are a leading buyer’s agent in Australia, specialising in investment properties in metropolitan and regional areas. Our team is dedicated to identifying and securing high-potential properties for our clients, backed by thorough research and expert insights.

Role Overview:
The Sourcing Assistant is an integral part of our team, responsible for assisting in the initial due diligence of properties and ensuring they meet our strict standards. This role requires great attention to detail, the ability to work independently and efficiently, and a strong partnership with the Sourcing Manager. Please note that this is a dynamic and fast-paced role, requiring strong adaptability and careful decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
– Complete initial due diligence for incoming properties as directed by the Sourcing Manager.
– Prepare comprehensive summaries including property and agent comments, statistical analysis, quotes, and risk assessments (e.g., flood/fire maps).
– Compile additional comparisons and rental appraisal letters, organizing all documentation in Google Drive.
– Transition to assistant-level interactions with property agents after gaining sufficient experience and skills.
– Work closely with the Sourcing Manager to ensure seamless communication and alignment on property evaluations.

Qualifications and Experience:
– Experience in real estate is preferred but not essential.
– Familiarity with Australian property tools (e.g., RP Data Core Logic) is highly regarded.
– Strong administrative and organisational skills.

Skills:
-Exceptional attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and swiftly.
– Strong communication skills and the capacity to work closely in a one-on-one setting with the Sourcing Manager.

Work Environment:
This is a remote role requiring a strong and stable internet connection during Australian business hours. Positions are specifically timed for Perth and Sydney zones.

Career Progression:
Opportunities for advancement within the company are available. The role includes regular one-on-one training and a structured 2-week onboarding with the general team followed by specific training with the Sourcing Manager.
