Job Description

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager. He/ She will be reporting directly to the CEO. The position is responsible for leading the sourcing process for the company. This includes identifying and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts and prices, and managing the relationships with current suppliers.

Also in this role, he / she will work closely with the procurement team and other departments to ensure that all materials and services are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form.

In this role you will:

–Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
–Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers
–Manage relationships with current suppliers
–Ensure timely delivery of materials and services
–Develop and implement sourcing strategies
–Monitor market trends and make recommendations for changes in sourcing strategies
–Collaborate with procurement team and other departments to identify and implement cost savings opportunities
–Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

About You:

–5+ years of experience in sourcing and procurement
–Prior Amazon experience is required.
–Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
–Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
–Experience with procurement software and systems
–Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
–Strong project management skills
–A professional and courteous disposition.
–Experience working within the US Timezone (GY Shift)

This role is 100% remote work.

Work From Home Set-Up & Work Schedule, we require:

–Stable internet service is a must. The primary internet should be cabled wired on either DSL or
–FIBER connection with a download/ upload minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
–Should have a backup internet solution – LTE Mobile Data or Pocket WIFI
–A desktop Computer or Laptop preferably with Intel i3 or equivalent processor, Windows 7 and
above or MAC OSX OS, 8GB RAM
–A good headset with an extended microphone and noise cancellation is preferred
Good external or integrated webcam
