As a Recruitment Specialist of a staffing agency, you will be the clients’ main point of contact throughout their recruiting journey. You will support the CEO by handling the day-to-day tasks that make the company run smoothly – everything from posting jobs and initial recruitment to candidate communication and vetting. This is an ideal role for someone who is eager to learn more about domestic employment, referral agencies or recruiting in the US, with ample room to develop new skills and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and respond to general phone, texts and email inquiries in a timely manner
• Pitching candidates jobs
• Interviewing candidates for each client and reviewing profiles and resumes to make
educated decisions on who would be the best-qualified candidate for each position.
• Guiding candidates through our recruitment and vetting process, assisting them in
completing all necessary paperwork and materials
• Perform background checks and prepare candidate profiles.
• General recruitment assistance as requested, including job posting on third-party
platforms and on social media, initial candidate sourcing, and reviewing job
applications
• Collaborating with the team on selecting candidates who are a match for specific
families
• Client/Candidate Database management
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates..
• Presenting candidates to families via email and following up with additional questions
or feedback
• Guiding families throughout their search process
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews
• Coordinating and scheduling trial dates
• Assisting families with final hiring steps
• Providing guidance and best practices to families around onboarding their new
employee
• Following up with client/candidate to provide support and guidance throughout the
employment relationship
• Provide regular support and assistance to CEO in developing new processes,
SOPs, and metrics collection

Qualifications:
• Seeking someone self-motivated to achieve performance goals without the need to be micro-managed
• Professional demeanor (virtually, email, and phone) especially phone presence
• Reliable, organized and detail-oriented
• Seeking someone who is comfortable working remotely
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Great for someone looking to grow with a small dedicated team
• Has proven experience working on a graveyard shift

Rate: $5/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, graveyard shift

What you need:
– Just like any job, you need to have the right tools to perform well. That being said, we need you to meet the following requirements to ensure success in this role:
– 1 main computer with at least core i5 processor
– A backup computer with at least core i3 processor
– Internet service provider with at least 10 mbps speed with no capping / data limit
– At least 5 mbps backup internet service
– An internet hub/cafe nearby that operates during your working hours

Other employment requirements:
– PhilHealth ID Number
– NBI Clearance
