I am seeking a highly motivated and organized Remote Sourcing Specialist to join our New York team. As a Remote Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for our clients.

Responsibilities:

– Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract passive candidates through social media, professional networks, job boards, and other sources
– Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies to meet those needs
– Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively reaching out to potential candidates and nurturing relationships
– Screen and pre-qualify candidates to ensure they meet the requirements for the role
– Provide a high level of customer service to candidates, clients, and internal teams

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sourcing and recruiting, with experience using a variety of sourcing techniques. You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with candidates and clients on a regular basis.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
– 2+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting, with a focus on remote sourcing
– Strong understanding of the recruiting process and the ability to apply it in a remote setting
– Proficient in the use of social media, professional networks, and job boards for sourcing
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
