JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Sourcing Specialist. As a Product Sourcing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify and source profitable products for our online arbitrage business and in the future may manage the inventory of the products that we have.

Responsibilities for Magnet VAs:

Sourcing:

Conduct extensive market research to identify trending products and profitable niches.
Analyze sales data, market demand, and competition to make informed sourcing decisions.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
Identify reliable suppliers and wholesalers that offer high-quality products at competitive prices.
Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to maximize profitability.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent product availability and timely delivery.
Conduct thorough product analysis, considering factors such as customer reviews, product quality, and market saturation.
Make data-driven recommendations to select products with the highest potential for sales growth and profitability.

Keepa:

Monitor and analyze Keepa data to track product price history, sales rank, and competitor trends.
Use Keepa insights to make pricing, inventory, and product sourcing recommendations.

Inventory Lab (Optional)

Manage inventory using Inventory Lab software, including listing creation, inventory tracking, and shipment management.
Generate reports and analyze data to identify sales trends, stock levels, and potential inventory optimization opportunities.

Product Management:

Familiarize yourself with the products and tools for replenishment sourcing.
Identify profitable product opportunities, research availability, and manage the sourcing process.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across various Amazon marketplaces.
Manage stock replenishment, and ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Amazon Operations Specialist, preferably with expertise in Tactical Arbitrage, Keepa, Inventory Lab.
In-depth knowledge of Amazon seller central, FBA processes, and inventory management.
Familiarity with product sourcing strategies, sales rank analysis, and pricing optimization.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for Amazon operations.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Has the mindset to succeed along with the company.

Schedule:

Client Timezone: EST
Flexible hours – 40 hours – Mostly day shift Manila Time (client likes working at night)
