Position Summary:
As a Sourcing Specialist at StaffRight, LLC, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting qualified candidates to meet our clients’ staffing needs. You will leverage various sourcing strategies, tools, and platforms to build a robust pipeline of talent. Your role will involve proactive candidate research, screening, and engagement to support our recruiters in placing the best candidates with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
– Utilize multiple sourcing techniques (e.g., online sourcing, networking, social media, job boards) to identify and attract potential candidates.
– Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to understand talent availability and competitive landscape.
– Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific job roles.
– Proactively reach out to passive candidates and build relationships for future opportunities.
– Coordinate with recruiters to understand client requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
– Manage candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
– Engage candidates through phone calls, emails, and social media to communicate job opportunities and assess interest and availability.
– Schedule interviews and assist in coordinating candidate assessments and evaluations.
– Provide support in the negotiation and offer process, including facilitating communication between candidates and clients.
– Collaborate with the recruitment team to optimize sourcing processes and meet hiring targets.
– Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout all candidate interactions and data handling.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
– Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a similar role within the staffing industry.
– Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques, including ATS, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment software.
– Strong knowledge of candidate screening and assessment methods.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates.
– Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality and accuracy in candidate evaluation.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve recruitment goals.
– Understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to staffing and recruitment practices.
