Spa and Wellness Manager

Position Summary:
As the Spa and Wellness Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and managing the spa and wellness department of our start-up. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for clients, and ensuring a high level of service quality. Additionally, you will be instrumental in the hiring and training of spa personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:
Develop and implement effective spa and wellness operational procedures.
Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
Monitor and maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership:
Build and lead a skilled and motivated spa team.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.

Hiring and Training:
Participate in the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting spa personnel.
Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs for new and existing staff.
Provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities.

Customer Experience:
Ensure an exceptional customer experience through personalized service and attention to detail.
Address customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction levels.

Financial Management:
Work closely with the finance department to set and monitor budgetary targets.
Identify revenue-generating opportunities and implement strategies to meet financial goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in spa and wellness management, preferably in a start-up environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving business objectives.
Certification in spa management or a related field is a plus
