Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Spanish Bilingual Virtual Assistant to support our property management team. The ideal candidate will have a background in property management, a basic understanding of accounting principles, and excellent customer service skills. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, providing assistance to our diverse clientele and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
Assist with tenant onboarding and lease agreements.
Schedule and coordinate maintenance requests and property viewings.

Administrative Support:

Manage calendars, appointments, and emails for the property manager.
Prepare and maintain property management documents, reports, and records.
Assist in the preparation of property listings and marketing materials.

Accounting Assistance:

Perform basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, payment processing, and expense tracking.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and budgeting.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and procedures.

Property Management:

Coordinate property inspections and ensure properties are well-maintained.
Assist with tenant screening and background checks.
Monitor and manage rent collections and follow up on late payments.

Other Duties:

Provide general administrative support as needed.
Continuously improve processes and contribute to a positive team environment.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:

Language Skills:

Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).

Experience:

Prior experience in property management or real estate is preferred.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Customer service experience is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with property management software is a plus.
Comfortable using virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, and others.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional education or certification in property management, real estate, accounting, or a related field is a plus.

Work Environment:
This is a remote position; candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings, based on business needs.
