Full-time 8am-5pm and Saturdays 2x month

Requiements:

Spanish and English mandatory

Worked for a contracting company in USA

Able to work weekends

Internet speed and backup sources

Must send the recording and pass a personality/ English&Spanish grammar test

Summary

This position answers incoming customer calls speaking to high level executives for a highly busy commercial cleaning and maintenance company in Manhattan, NY , canidate must provide the best customer service. CSRs also handle any customer concerns and complaints with a high call volume. CSRs must possess a high work ethic, be an excellent listener and communicator, have good computer skills, good phone and marketing skills, detail-oriented,organization skills.

Oversee office operations,

managing schedules, tranlating contracts from English to Spanish,

coordinating meetings to create agenda and mintues

handling correspondence. –

Maintained office supplies inventory,

anticipated needs, and placed orders promptly. –

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. –

Employee onboarding

, Maintaining personnel records, and

coordinating employee events. –

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

: – Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effective purchasing decisions. –

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and monitor stock availability. – Forecast supply and demand to avoid stockouts or excessive inventory.

– Collaborate with internal departments to assess their supply needs and ensure timely delivery. – Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns. –

Evaluate and recommend improvements to supply inventory processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. – Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in supply chain management practices. Requirements:

– Proven experience in office administration and purchasing – Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. – Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills. – Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite, Google, Salesforce, and Monday –

Knowledge of supply inventory principles and best practices. – Strong negotiation and analytical skills. –

Ability to work independently and collaboratively without waiting for instructions

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. – High level of integrity and professionalism.
