Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English, have experience handling high call volumes, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to thrive in a remote work environment. Responsibilities
– Handle 40+ customer calls per day, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally in both Spanish and English.
– Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist customers accurately.
– Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
– Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
– Collaborate with other team members and departments to address complex customer issues and escalate as necessary.
– Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
– Assist with additional customer service tasks as needed.

Qualifications
– At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high call volume environment.
– Fluent in both Spanish and English (speaking and writing).
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant customer service tools.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
– High level of patience, empathy, and professionalism.
– Familiarity with basic technical troubleshooting is a plus.

– Work Details
Full-time position, remote work.
Weekly payout of salary (direct to local bank).
Working hours: 40 hours a week. Mon – Fri 8 hours a day, 9am – 5pm ET (New York Time)
