Spanish Speaking Customer Support

Company Overview:

We are a model recruitment company dedicated to matching aspiring models with top modeling agencies. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Spanish-speaking Filipino to join our customer support team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by using our pre-recorded voice notes to communicate with clients in Spanish, guiding them through the application process, and explaining the model search process.

Responsibilities:

– Utilize our pre-recorded voice note library to communicate effectively with clients (models) in Spanish
– Guide clients through the application process, asking appropriate questions to understand their needs and ensure the completion of their applications
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions clients may have
– Accurately capture client information and ensure it is correctly entered into our system
– Work closely with our team to ensure a seamless and efficient process for clients
– Explain the model search process and how our company matches models with top modeling agencies
– Continuously improve and expand upon your knowledge of our company and processes to provide the best possible support

Requirements:

– Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
– Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish and English
– Ability to go above and beyond what is expected in order to exceed client expectations
– Love to speak to people
