About Us: We’re hiring for a dynamic direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brand utilizing Shopify to bring their unique products to customers worldwide. They are passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences and are seeking a talented Remote Customer Support Executive based in the Philippines to join the team.

Role Overview: As a Customer Support Executive, you’re not just a team member, you’re an ambassador of the brand’s promise for quality and outstanding customer experience. You will be the front line in engaging with customers, understanding their needs, offering tailored product advice, and ensuring their journey with the brand is nothing short of exceptional. This role is perfect for those who excel in Spanish and are comfortable working in Spanish time zone.

Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver high-quality customer support via Gorgias addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and empathetic manner.
– Expertly navigate Shopify platform to assist customers with product inquiries and order-related questions.
– Adhere to and enrich the SOPs to ensure consistent service excellence.
– Collaboratively work towards enhancing customer service processes.
– Stay abreast of product range and policies to provide the most accurate and helpful information to customers.

Qualifications:
– Experience with DTC brands, demonstrating an understanding of customer needs and e-commerce dynamics
– Familiarity with Shopify; proficiency in Gorgias, Zendesk, or Gladly is highly desirable
– Excellent written and speaking Spanish communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy
– Adaptability to work within Spanish time zone
– A proactive problem-solver, keen on following SOPs with precision
