Our Registered Nurse – Customer Service Representative role is critical to business growth, culture, and operations. The client aims to provide a customized solution for the provision of high-quality ‘Home Care’ for seniors, either living independently or in a residential care format. The Customer Service Representative will work across the business to carry out the following responsibilities:
Provide support to Spanish speaking customers/ patients
Using intelligent serviced technology to monitor patients and determine their health needs, and developing personalised care plans.
Reviewing / interpreting data generated by the monitoring technology, and communicating relevant information to clients’ family and other healthcare professionals as needed.
Providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Understand the intricacies of all hardware deployed, and be able to walk customers through installation, troubleshooting, etc.
Provide excellent customer service, up to and including saving customers.
Meet goals each month as outlined by direct supervisors.
Adapt well to change in processes, procedures, products, etc.
Sit with and help educate new hires on workflow, processes of the client.
Understand the intricacies of all hardware deployed, and be able to walk customers through installation, troubleshooting, etc.
Provide excellent customer service, up to and including saving customers.
The Customer Service Representative role requires:
A Registered Nurse or has RN license in the Philippines and in good standing with the regulatory body in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an RN.
Experience working with intelligent serviced technology and interpreting data generated by the technology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare software applications.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good computer data entry and retrieval skills required.
Excellent follow through and problem-solving skills required.
Advanced data entry and retrieval skills required.
Takes ownership of and personal accountability for decisions and actions; can seek guidance and advice when needed.
Highly adaptable and willing to learn how to use other task management and productivity applications.
Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Must be a strong team player, passionate, and highly motivated
Can start ASAP
Willingness to work flexible hours as required (any shift and willing to work on weekends).
MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH
