Job Description

I am looking for an EXCELLENT virtual personal assistant who can help me track and progress accounts for my clients. This is a full time position.

Work will include checking 10-30 accounts each day for multiple clients (5-10).

Daily Account Tracking (Monday through Friday 10:00am-6:00pm PST) – Personal Assistant will review all active accounts daily and record their current status on a tracking sheet that will be shared with Client on a daily basis

Proactive Account Progression – Personal Assistant will actively progress all accounts daily, and will GChat the person responsible for an account at its current stage to progress the account forward

Basic Problem Solving – Personal Assistant can email or call Support to figure out why an account is held up and request it progresses forward – request redesigns, send documents, figure out technical issues, etc…

Acquiring Usage – call utility company’s automated system to get usage from utility company or estimate it if required

Create Accounts – upload utility bill, create and upload usage table made on Google Sheets

Complete Checkout – confirm utility information, upload docs, and submit stock design preferences

Creating Lists – of past home buyers or any other category you would like

Monthly Email Drip Campaigns – current AC’s and Installed customers (Client will be required to provide the email content to Manager 5 days in advance of when email goes out)

I am looking for an “A” player–someone who:

1) Follows directions very carefully
2) Is a critical thinker who is able to come up with solutions and takes the initiative to solve problems if needed
3) Double checks their work
4) Is very careful not to accidentally delete important information
5) Is reliable
6) Completes work on time
7) Obviously speaks English well, but must also write it well
8) Past experience being a virtual/personal assistant is ideal
9) Experience with Google sheets /Excel and project management is also ideal
10) Is positive and an all around happy person
