Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent Spanish-speaking Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our roofing company’s team. As an Appointment Setting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and securing appointments with potential clients in the Spanish-speaking market. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism will be essential in representing our company and building positive relationships with prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Conduct research and identify potential clients within the Spanish-speaking market. Utilize various online platforms, directories, and databases to find prospects.
Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, primarily in Spanish, to introduce our roofing services and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage and maintain a well-organized appointment calendar for the sales representatives. Ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently and adhere to the team’s availability.
Customer Communication: Respond to inquiries and follow-up calls from potential clients. Provide essential information about our roofing services and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Data Management: Accurately record and update client information, call logs, and appointment details in our CRM system.
Multilingual Support: Assist with translating and preparing materials, emails, or other communication documents between English and Spanish as needed.
Performance Reporting: Regularly report on appointment setting metrics and outcomes, including the number of successful appointments booked and any relevant feedback from clients.
Collaborative Team Player: Coordinate with the sales team to align on goals, strategies, and follow-up actions for leads and appointments.

Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish are essential for this role.
English Proficiency: While the primary communication will be in Spanish, proficiency in English is necessary for internal coordination and communication with the team.
Previous Experience: Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is highly desirable.
Roofing Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with the roofing industry or similar construction-related field is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM software, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets), and other appointment scheduling tools.
Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, active listening abilities, and the capacity to build rapport with clients over the phone.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and appointments efficiently, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Time Management: Self-disciplined and capable of adhering to a set schedule to achieve weekly and monthly appointment setting targets.
Reliable Internet Connection: A stable internet connection is necessary for making and receiving calls.
