Currently, autism support via Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is difficult to access and the delivery model must be expanded to provide earlier access to families.

Forta is not only providing ABA services to our clients, but we’re also improving the future of the ABA experience for families by creating software and predictive algorithms that elevate clinicians to work smarter by surfacing the latest and most relevant case data. We are working diligently to continuously improve the patient journey and deliver personalized care by applying smart technology and investing in the growth of our world-class team.

Location: International, Fully Remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm PST

Job Description:

Under the direct supervision of a Contracting and Credentialing (C&C) team lead, as a Special Project Associate at Forta, your tasks will be split between client data management and working with payors to maintain clear lines of communication between the C&C team and the insurance companies. You will be expected to properly document and manage data within the internal systems via .

A Special Project Associate contributes to the efforts of the C&C team by aiding in outreach to insurance companies via email/calls, managing data, working on projects between multiple teams and being flexible to assist with any and all projects around contracting and credentialing. The candidate we are looking for is someone who has experience managing data, maintains clear communications and is able to jump between projects seamlessly and effectively.

Qualifications:

Must have experience with data collection, management and organization
Must have experience with
Must be a clear communicator
Must have some administrative experience
Must be able to work on multiple projects, platforms and families at once
Must maintain confidential information/HIPAA/PHI
Must be able to work in US time zones
Must be able to sit at a computer for an extended period
Adapt and adjust priorities in a fast paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge and experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
Preferred

Background in healthcare, psychology, or other related neurodivergent fields
Experience working with insurance/payors
Passionate about helping autistic children receive therapy
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Basic knowledge of Autism and how it affects families
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a remote capacity
Superb time management and organizational skills, including multitasking and prioritization
Proficient with using electronic data collection platforms, Google Workspace, and
