Job Summary:
The Special Projects tech support position is a challenging tech support role where you will be working on specific projects with a Software or Data Engineer. The projects will last from 3 to 6 months and you may be working on up to 3 projects at one time. The tasks required for each project will vary, but include things like Software support (setting up usernames, configuring the software), data entry, testing and troubleshooting software and accessing multiple systems to verify data is flowing properly. You will work closely with a software or data engineer and other team members to complete projects which all bring value to our brands. This is a perfect position for a tech support or data entry person who is great at their job and looking for more of a challenge and to broaden their skills.

Responsibilities:
Work with Software or Data Engineer. Some overlap of US business hours on a daily basis will be necessary (at least 4 hours).
Quickly learn software platforms and be able to administer the software – set up new user accounts or locations.
Accurately and quickly import data. Importing and exporting spreadsheets and data manipulation.
Testing solutions to make sure data is getting to all the correct fields in all Software.

Requirements:
Excellent English both verbal and written skills.
Ability to work independently.
Experience in an IT Tech Support, or Data Entry or Virtual Assistant role.
Quick learner and desire to take on more responsibilities.
