We are a financial education company and we are seeking a dynamic specialist in social media advertising and AI to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our social media presence and optimizing our advertising strategies through advanced AI tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Advertising:
– Develop, implement, and manage social media advertising campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
– Create and optimize ad content, including text, images, and videos, to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
– Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising.

2. AI Integration:
– Utilize AI tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and performance of social media ads.
– Implement AI-driven solutions for audience segmentation, predictive analytics, and ad optimization.
– Continuously explore new AI technologies and methodologies to improve advertising effectiveness.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
– Analyze data from social media platforms and advertising campaigns to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
– Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, ROI, and other key metrics.
– Use data-driven insights to adjust and improve ongoing and future campaigns.

4. Collaboration and Strategy:
– Work closely with the content team to ensure alignment of social media content and advertising strategies.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media advertising efforts with overall marketing and business strategies.
– Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance campaign impact.

5. Continuous Improvement:
– Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI, social media advertising, and digital marketing.
– Attend relevant workshops, webinars, and conferences to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
– Proactively suggest new strategies and tools to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
– Proven experience in managing social media advertising campaigns.
– Strong understanding of AI applications in marketing, particularly in social media advertising.
– Proficiency in using social media platforms and advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
– Experience with AI tools and technologies, such as machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and predictive analytics.
– Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
– Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
– Strong communication and teamwork skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
