Specialized Marketer

About This Role:
We are looking for a great Specialized Marketer to join our team. You will be responsible for
identifying, designing and implementing compelling and creative email and sms marketing
campaigns. The ideal candidate will have deep experience writing templates, newsletters, and
copy while understanding how campaigns are running and making proactive recommendations
for improvement
How You’ll Contribute:
? Identify target audience and grow our email list
? Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
? Design and implement direct sms marketing campaigns
? Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling

? Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
? Write newsletters including all company updates
? Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features
? Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize
unsubscribes
? Create email databases for lead generation
? Analyze performance data and report on results, including campaign results, data stories
and spend recommendations. Rapidly iterate on strategy based on findings.
? Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
? Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
Skills You Will Bring:
? 4+ years of work experience as an Email marketing manager or Digital marketing
specialist
? Proven work experience with sms marketing
? Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems
? Proficiency in marketing automation technology
? Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
? Familiarity with analytical and database tools
? Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
? Strong project management skills
? An ability to work under tight deadlines
? Obsessive attention to detail with the ability to execute campaigns from ideation to
purchase.
? You have a deep passion for the digital marketing space and stay up to date with the
latest trends and insights.
? Strong communication and collaboration skills – working cross functionally across
various teams comes naturally to you.
