Spreadsheet expert need

Hello there! We are a growing Marketing Agency with multiple e-commerce stores looking for an enthusiastic and professional bookkeeper/spreadsheet expert to keep track of our credits and debits on a monthly basis.

We currently have a spreadsheet built out specifically for our needs and we have no problem training the person that we end up hiring on how to use the spreadsheet as it is very simple because we provide the transactions for them and it’s their job to filter them correctly and put them in place under each thing

We are also looking for someone to look for ways to improve the spreadsheet and build it out to be even better

Requirements:
– Minimum 1-year bookeeping
– Must be proficient in Google Sheets
– Must know how to use Slack for communications

Your tasks as a designer will Include:
1. Take the CSV files of transactions that we provide you and input them correctly into the spreadsheet and make totals
2. Update the spreadsheet accordingly and categorize purchases within their categories
3. communicate with us

3. How long would it take you to categorize 150 transactions

5. Can you commit to at least 6 months if selected?

7. Have you worked for an agency or e-commerce team before?

8. Are you experienced in using ggoogle sheets?

We are looking to grow very quickly in the next few months and this position will allow for opportunities to be moved to incentive-based pay and a salary increase.

Biweekly Pay: $50 CAD
Hours: only 3-4 days per month
